Booking
How far in advance should I book?
We'd recommend booking as soon as you have your date confirmed, especially if you're getting married between May and October. Those months fill up fast. If your date is coming up soon, check the calendar - we may still have availability.
Can I book for a weekday wedding?
Absolutely - and those dates tend to have more availability. The process is exactly the same.
How does the booking calendar work?
Simple. You choose your rental start date (we suggest starting 3 days before your wedding so the kit arrives with time to spare - so if your wedding is Saturday, choose Wednesday as your start date). The calendar will show you which dates are available.
Can I add extra filming days?
Yes - add them at checkout for £25 per day. Ideal for destination weddings or multi-day celebrations.
The Kit
Do guests need any experience?
None. Guiding stickers on the camera and a full instruction sheet in the box mean anyone can pick it up and start filming.
Who should film?
Whoever you trust most. One person, or pass it around - that's the beauty of it.
How does the kit arrive?
Your fully set-up camcorder box lands at your door 3-4 days before your wedding. Everything is ready to go - just open the box and you're filming.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 8 hours on the Essential, 16 hours combined on the Full Weekend. Pre-charged and ready to go.
What if we lose or break the camcorder?
Let us know as soon as you can. See our Rental Agreement for full details.
How do I send it back?
Pop everything back in the same box, attach the prepaid label that's already inside, and drop it at your nearest collection point within 72 hours. That's it - we cover the postage both ways.
The Edit
When do I get my footage and film back?
Raw footage within 2-3 weeks. Edited film within 5-7 weeks. Both delivered digitally.
Do I keep all the raw footage?
Always. Every clip, organised and delivered. We never delete anything.
Can I request a specific style or music?
Yes - we'll send a short questionnaire before your wedding covering exactly this.
Is my film edited by a professional?
Yes - every film is edited by an experienced wedding editor who knows what makes a wedding film worth watching.

Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes - any UK mainland address. Destination wedding? Get in touch.
